Arrival Cochin – Munnar
Arrive in Cochin. One of our TourzIndia representatives will receive you at either the Cochin International airport or Ernakulam Railway Station or the Bus Station (depending on your mode of travel).
Drive to Munnar. The nature with its enthralling beauty is sure to amaze you on this drive from Cochin to Munnar. Enroute you will be visiting the two beautiful waterfalls: Cheyyappara Waterfalls & Valara waterfalls.
You will see tea estates spread all around over hundreds of kilometers of green, plush carpet.
Fun Fact: Tata Tea covers most of this area.
The lush green hills will provide amazing views that are best seen and not heard. You are going to a place with almost no pollution and populated sparsely.
You can check in at the resort on your arrival and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the resort. -

Munnar Sightseeing
After a hearty breakfast, you can set out for a sightseeing tour of Munnar.
You will be driven up to the Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai mountain), then to the Mattupetty Dam, followed by the Tea Estates, Echo-point, Spice plantation, Rose Garden, Photo point, Tea Museum, Blossom Park, Kundale Dam and ending off with the Top Station.
You can also enjoy boating in the lake, rock climbing and trekking (all optional). Return to the hotel in the evening. You can enjoy the rest of the day at the hotel and relax. -

Alleppey Houseboat
After a delicious breakfast, you can drive off to Alleppey – The Venice of the East.
Upon arrival at around 1 pm, you can check in on a houseboat arranged by us. You will be greeted with a welcome drink and will be provided with tea, snacks, mineral water, lunch, dinner and finally, breakfast (the next day).
While you cruise around the backwaters, let yourself get carried away by the beauty that surrounds you: the bowed-down paddy fields, the local inhabitants, rustic homes, the ancient churches and temples and the swaying coconut groves.
You can go to sleep in the middle of the lake under the nascent night sky. -

Alleppey – Cochin Departure
After a hearty breakfast, you can check out from the houseboat and proceed to Cochin. We can arrange shopping and sightseeing tours depending on the time of your flight/train/bus. You can now return home filled with the romantic memories of your Kerala Honeymoon Tour.
